I'm Lorella Marella the face behind the brand and yes thats my real name!

Im a Professional Makeup artist based in Bedfordshire traveling nationally and internationally. Having worked in the industry for over 9 years, i've have gained a wealth of experience in beauty, commercial, fashion and bridal work.

Freelance Makeup Artist specialising in luxury Bridal event makeup.  Everyone who knows me knows i'm detail orientated, so tell me all the details! Absolute perfectionist and i'm that early person.

Organising is defiantly my second love which ties in perfectly with weddings. Smooth morning I hear you say? Thats happening with me as I will help you plan a schedule for the morning and happy to help with anything you need right up until you walk down the aisle. I drink way too much coffee, have a 13year old chug who is everything, and feel very lucky to call this my job. Below is a little background into how I found my love for makeup.

“My love for makeup began when I suffered terrible acne from a young age. When my skin was at it’s worst I felt so self-conscious that the anxiety and worry of people looking at my skin would, more often than not, cause me to cancel my plans so I didn’t have to leave the house. 

I would spend endless hours of trial and error on my own makeup, eventually improving the results of my ability to hide blemishes. I came to understand the art of using complementary colours, highlighting, contouring and blending, to make even the trickiest skin look flawless. Not only did it boost my confidence, but I also fell in love with the transformation of makeup and how I could make other women look and feel the best version of themselves.

For me, the art of makeup is about enhancing your natural beauty, rather than masking it. I want to create a look that will suit your individual style and personality, whilst also taking into consideration your features, skin tone and texture and the occasion it’s for. Now, because of my involvement with professional photographers and models, I have learnt even more of  fashion and beauty industry secrets, and have mastered the ability to produce the look that works best for the camera and how to create the effect of flawless skin.”
